Commercial Investigations come in many shapes and forms. We take cases of fraud, illegal activities, counterfeit production, distribution and/or sale… We also cover investigations on individuals suspected of commercial or industrial espionage.
Most of the Detective Agency’s commercial clients are insurance companies and law firms. These investigations will always have to start in Cambodia, with the possibility of gathering intelligence abroad at a later stage, should it become necessary. For example, in the case of counterfeit goods, either the production, distribution or sale of the product would have to be taking place in Cambodia, which is where our investigation would begin, and should it later lead us across a border, we would follow the trail without hesitation, but we would not start the investigation at a suspected factory in an adjacent country.
