We are currently looking for Yevgen Kosar, who went missing in Cambodia in November 2011. It is thought he may have gone to Sihanoukville just before he disappeared. He is a Ukrainian national born in 1989 and his parents want to either find him, or find out what happened to him. If you have any information please contact Crest Hawk Investigations.
